Who we are

Masaha, a Syrian web platform based in northern Syria, aims at opposing violent extremism spread by radical religious groups. Masaha researches the causes and effects as well as investigating the sources from which the extremist thought originates from. To carry out this, Masaha produces articles, researches and analytical studies based on scientific and rational foundations, in addition to video talk shows and infographic materials.

Masaha also works on spreading the culture of civil society and consolidating the values of coexistence, dialogue and civil peace on the one hand, and rejecting violence, social exclusion and marginalization on the other.
